GLASS UNITS
With various properties: Energy-saving, sun-protective, multi-functional, extra clear, tinted, obscured, laminated, tempered, curved, polished and more
INSULATING GLASS UNITS (IGU)

SINGLE-CHAMBER INSULTING GLASS UNIT
Pane of glass thickness is 4-12mm. Thinckness of the insulting glass unit IGU is from 16 to 44mm. Weight is from 20 to 60kg/m.

TWO-CHAMBER INSULTING GLASS UNIT
Pane of glass thickness is 4-12mm. Thickness of the insulting glass unit is from 28 to 80 mm. Weight is from 30 to 90kg/m.

THREE-CHAMBER INSULTING GLASS UNIT
Glass thickness is 4-6 mm. Glass unit thickness is from 40-80 mm;
Weight is from 40 to 60 kg/m.

TINTED
Pane of glass thickness is 4-12 mm. High light transmission. The main tinting colors are bronze, grey, green, blue and their tints.

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Heat retention inside the house. No condensation.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL
Heat retention inside the house. Protection from solar radiation. Savings on air conditioning and heating.

INCREASED STRENGTH
It does not require additional support in the form of a frame or framework. Withstands increased loads.

IMPACT RESISTANT
Protects against mechanical damage. It does not from sharp fragments when destroyed.
AESTECH RUGGEDIZED GLASS UNIT

MAIN ADVANTAGES
Large format in faced structures – up to 19.2 sq m, in dome structures – up to 4.0 sq m.
Low level of optical distortion.
Preservation of inert gases in the insulating glass units inter-pane space in the course of operation.
Edge zones are the most loaded (in standard insulating glass units, the most loaded zones are the corner ones).
It is 20-25% warmer due to the absence of metal in the construction.
Better noise insulation due to the absence of continuous aluminum profiles between floors.
No cendensation in the elements of the facade system (there are no hidden profiles in the system and therefore no condensation that needs to be removed).
Due to the absence of metal in the facade and the use of thinner panes of glass, the overall weight of the facade and, accordingly, the load on the building are reduced.
Insulating glass units can act as a supporting (load-bearing) structure for further elements.

Standard shapes and dimensions
Non-standard shapes
(circles, ellipses, triangles, trapezoids, etc.)
Glass units with a protrusion of the outer
glass
Usually, they are used for structural glazing of facades.
SPACER
Spacer in insulating glass units:
Distance between glass ranges from 8 to 24 mm
in 2 mm increments.
Available in different tints: black and gray.
Aluminum
Plastic (warm spacer)
-energy efficiency;
-no condensation in the edge zone;
-resistance to external influences (temperature
changes).
